PC is fine for me, I'm used to it. Mac OS X is probably a sturdy OS but having to buy a new computer in order to use it is a problem.

I guess you mean Windows vs OS X - in which case I'd have to pick Windows, because OS X just tries to make easy things easier, and in the process it cuts out all the fun bits!

If you want Windows vs OS X I'll be the guy that says Linux :)

But PC vs Mac, I would say PC simply because Macs cost too much for the same hardware you can get elsewhere cheaper.

I'm still a PC guy. 
I like to play games on my machine and if I have to install windows on a mac to play Company of Heroes then that seems like a waste.  Especially since it costs more for the same hardware if you want a Mac now.  OS X is an excellent OS but the price of the  hardware and limited gaming options push me back to Windows. 

PC here, the mac has its uses, but PC can get you to where you need to go.

I would have to go with PC.

Since this is a gaming website PC is the obvious champion......Mac sucks for gaming.

Apart from that....I hate the way Apple costs so much just because it has become fashionable.

PC all the way. Although I wonder if Apple has got their teeth in me through the iPhone - a very slick device. However, I don't think I could use OS X as my primary OS because, at least on the surface, the functionality is so much less. I need to be able to have a multitude of options to fiddle about with.

Macs and Windows are both personal computers.  Anyway in the OS wars I have to go with Linux based systems. ;) Linux > Windows > Mac. Windows/Linux Dual Boot FTW!

PC. I tend to dislike Apple products, and people who buy them... Except my iPod. I luvs my iPod. ^_^

Mac person here, I wasn't a Mac person until couple of years ago (Student studying design stuff). I don't dislike Windows, I just never use it anymore.

PC. I don't have enough money to purchase a Mac so I can't really form an opinion on them.

I have a macbook pro partitioned with XP. So both.

I own both. But from a gamers perspective how can you not choose PC?

I have a PC good enough for most games. My dad has a mac, and I like to play with it.

 I prefer Mac, but I dual boot so I have Windows if I need it.

Both for me. I can't side with either, they each have their own merits.

For my professional life, i can't live without a mac. But i cant play games on it. And i seem to surf much faster on my pc, so my Apple Pro quad core is work, and pc is play.

PC, because I haven't use a Mac enough to gain interest.
