So what did you guys get for Christmas?

I got what I've wanted for a year now so I'm pretty excited. What about you guys?(I got a 3ds and a game for those that care.)

Santa brought me a mechanical keyboard. It's awesome and loud and I love it. Apparently my wife can hear me type when she is up stairs (my office is downstairs).

(this is a lie I got walking dead during the last sale with my parents card, sanctioned of course, and my friend bought me a bunch of CK2 DLC, sleeping dogs and mark of the ninja because he had just gotten a job and was feeling extra generous, but nothing today)

I'm house sitting and watching my friends cats over Christmas break here for about 5 days. Since my family and I don't do holidays, it's alright with me. In return (she is part owner in a local tattoo shop) she's hooking me up with some certificates for ink work. My roommate's car handle doors broke tonight and he was having troubles getting into his car, so for rescuing him and helping him out a bit, he bought me a coffee when we went to a gas station to warm up. It was about -6 F out (-10 F or so with windchill)

so.. coffee and ink work :)

(I bought myself a 60"led tv and 5.1 surround this year)

Nothing cuz I buy what I want when I want them. As for receiving gifts I make sure to clarify that I only want money or gift cards.

Money, but like a week ago cause my family doesn't really care about timing. And I put that towards a Vita. So I guess part of a Vita?

To the original question, I got an Amazon gift card from my friend earlier in the week, and bought Persona 4 Golden, so that's rad. Other than that, nothing, I gotta buy my own Christmas presents. Don't really talk to my family, and all my friends are out of town, so a pretty low-key Christmas, all in all. But I continue to have time off of work, so I won't complain!

Nothing yet! Its 10:24 PM where I live. Christmas is in 1 and a half hourish! I'm hoping to get some cash :p.

I think your clock is really slow. From my knowledge of working with time zones, they differ by full hours. Your post was 8 minutes ago as I type this and it is 10:53 PM (California). That would make it 10:45 PM PST. Where are you at that it is 20 minutes off?

Also, fuck time zones. Everything should be UTC.

a Radeon HD 7850 :). I no longer suffer under the burden of my old GC! Also a frying pan, mine was no longer a nonstick more of an all stick.

I'll get money tomorrow from all my relatives.
 
On Black Friday I bought a PS3 bundle, and last week I bought a nice TV to hook it up to and use as a second monitor, so my Christmas has essentially already happened, and I'll just be recouping some of the cost tomorrow.

I got a Kindle Paperwhite, 4GB more RAM for my PC, Ultimate MvC3 on Vita and a PS3 copy (needed a PS3 copy, sold 360 console), Inception on Blu-Ray, some aerosol/shower gels and around £60 to spend.

I had a mattress like that. Every day i woke up without being skewered by the springs sticking out felt like a small victory.

Bought myself a Vita a few weeks back by selling some of my stuff so at least I have that.

Nothing, but I did get a new laptop, phone and a Nexus 7 about a week ago. I had to use my own money, I don't get stuff from my parents anymore, that's OK though since I'm an adult and they bought me shit for 18 years and paid for my schooling.

Well, it's only just now turned 3 AM here and I'm not sleeping.

In terms of what I'm getting - uh, Halo 4 as far as I know. That's it. That's really all I could think of to ask for. I have my own money and I'm not wanting for much. Yeah, a PS Vita or a 3DS would be nice but I couldn't even think of asking for something like that when I have so well shown that I don't really get the most out of my handheld systems. For anything else that I might want or need - I'm pretty covered as far as I know.

And, to be honest, I'm 21 now and don't want much for Christmas. I'm happy to go have some free food and get a Christmas card with $20 in it. It's like a free meal AND a free tank of gas in one, and all I have to do is put up with my cornier family members for a few hours per year! And really, they're not so bad once per year.

Yay for christmas eve, getting drunk and opening gifts with the fam! I was given a lot of coffee-related stuff this year and I kinda don't know why. But I ended up with a french press, a hand-cranked burr grinder, and three bags of really fancy coffee. I'm really excited to wake up tomorrow, get hopped up on fancy coffee and go see Django Unchained.

I also got enough money to make significant progress in my quest for a full-frame DSLR so that's cool.

My fiancee's parents gave me two awesome gift cards the Call of Cthulhu silent movie on DVD. My roommate gave me a bag of candy, the Indiana Jones Blu-Ray collection and a GODDAMN bottle of single malt, 12 year old scotch. I CAN'T top that!!

My friend got me the Game of Thrones board game, which was totally awesome of him, because I haven't got a christmas present in like 4 years and there was every indication that there would be no presents this year either.

Clothes and Money, just how I like it.

Might buy a 3DS with said money but I'm still unsure if I wait should wait another year or not.

A red No Fear shirt, black jean shorts, a wide band wrist watch with a skull design underneath the hands and an electric razor. I really wish I was a child again as Christmas just isn't the same.

I was gifted Borderlands 2 and Orcs Must Die from two completely random and fucking amazing people who I just met. That's literally all I've gotten so far for games-related stuff. Will buy myself something nice just for fun when I get around to it.
