Do you ever hear a song that you listened to while playing a particular game, and get an immediate flashback to playing said game? For me, there are definitely a few Jamiroquai songs that remind me of some good Guild Wars sessions.

Darnit I am trying to remember the songs, but there are multiple songs that bring flashbacks of playing armagetron advanced, a free tron game that is a lot of fun surprisingly

Cool, so I'm not alone! I thought of another good pairing of mine: Lupe Fiasco and Street Fighter 4.

I hate listening to music whilst playing games. So I don't tend to associate any songs with a game except in the in game music itself.

Nasum now reminds me of Lost Planet 2 because the multiplayer demo is so quiet sonically.

Same. Though admittedly, a great deal of 80s music brings back nostalgia for GTA Vice City for obvious reasons.

Yeah, I see where you guys are coming from. Blitzkrieg Bop and THPS3 are that way for me.

I correlate certain times of my life with music, so naturally I do the same with games.

I listened to a crazy amount of The Dynasty:  Roc La Familia by Jay-Z at the same time that I played Chrono Cross.

Chrono Cross happens to be my favourite game of all time and The Dynasty is a tremendously iconic CD for me.  The two mediums worked quite harmoniously in this instance.

Yes, okay - for some reason, Generator (Foo Fighters) reminds me of Gran Turismo 2. I've got no idea why, so don't ask me. Other than the fact that Generator is a good Gran Turismo song.

I will never be able to listen to Iron Maiden's "Rainmaker" without thinking about Red Faction: Guerrilla.  It started playing during a mission it just fit all to well with, and just made it far more entertaining than it should of been.

Also, Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust" reminds me of Call of Duty: World at War's zombie mode.  Again, it just came up at random and fit the situation all to well.

I cant think of any songs that remind me of games (that arent in the games themselves) but the episode of the simpsons where bart starts dating Reinier Wolfcastle's daughter reminds me of the first ratchet and clank game.

I listened to Andrew Bird's album 'The Mysterious Production of Eggs' a lot when I played Fable. They're pretty much synonymous.

SR-71's "Right Now" always reminds me of my time playing Splashdown.  It was the title song to the game, but it was also a radio hit for the group.  Either way, whenever I hear the song these days I get a mental image of taking watercraft and sending them up and over ramps.  I'd actually go a bit further and say that every time I see a watercraft performing stunts (on TV or in other games) I think of that song.
