Is there anyone here who knows if it's possible to watch the Spike VGA's now? I tried to watch them online but it was way to laggy so i just gave up....

You can see the game's premiers at gametrailers and kotaku. I don't know where you may find the rest of the show, but trust me, you're not missing anything.
He's right, you're missing nothing. Just look up the winners and check out the new trailers that are up at various places. Oh, and the opening scene was pretty funny, which you can find as well.
