When I start-up my Steam games, the picture is so off. Like half of what I should see is completely cut-off. Any idea why? Any more questions, ask me.
Well that's all you're supposed to see in Peggle. If it looks like that and the rest of the screen is black or something maybe try running it in a window.
Try turning off the Steam in-game overlay. Steam > Settings > In-Game > uncheck Enable Steam Community In-Game. See if that fixes your problem.
