Strange 'Social Network' Sounds on GiantBomb Videos??

I'm sorry to ask such a unimportant question, but this has been bugging me ever since the launch of Giantbomb!! 
 
basically, theres this social network sound I keep hearing in videos such as How To Build a Bomb vids, Endurance Run videos, Quick looks & Mailbag Vids, and I really want to know where this sound is from! If anyone could direct me to where I could get the program this sound is from I would greatly appreciate it.

It honestly sounds like.. I believe it's the opening tune for the twitter program Spaz. I could be wrong but it does at least sound very similar.

That's the OSX's clock - the full hour chime.

any way of finding that sound as an mp3?? I don't have a mac right now..
