Although I don't agree with some people here that you should bend over backwards and follow every order by the doctor (because, like in all sciences, there are different routes, ideologies, and opinions, it is your body after all and you've the right to refuse treatment), however, I think there's a significant corrolation between jamming a match in your ear, causing bleeding, and your resason for visiting your GP. You should get your ear checked out...otherwise how will they treat it? After they check it, then choose what to do from there.

I didn't stuck it and started jamming it inside. I wanted to clean it but I didn't have anything else, and It started itching and scratching myself with it was apparently a not a good idea. I never said it was smart of me to do that.

I'd like to imagine the match was lit while you were cleaning your ear. But seriously, just go to a doctor. Generally bleeding from your ear is not a good thing.

That said, if you still wanna fix your ear, I've got the stuff. From this guy. Real trustworthy type.
Make a poultice of your own saliva and air from the tails of twenty black cats. From where on the tail, it doesn't matter, but make sure the cats are really black and not just faking to seem cool.
Pass the poultice underneath a cow three times at dawn. If you're in the Northern Hemisphere, start on the right side of the cow. If in the Southern Hemisphere, begin on the left side. Don't mess this part up!
Hang upsidedown in twenty-minute intervals all day on the second Sunday of the next month. This will remove all demons that may have taken up residence in your skull. Catch them in the poultice.
If at this point, your ear is still fucked up, you're probably a replicant or it's psychosomatic or something. The important thing is to never lose the poultice. Otherwise your head demons will get free again.

I'd say it's a second world problem since it relates to this person's health and sense of hearing, but not to his financial state. First world problems would be something superfluous like a scratched iPhone paintjob. Then again, even 'the' first world, USA, doesn't have universal healthcare yet... For the interest of anyone else with ear problems, as the OP is clearly beyond help at this point...
I have been deaf in my left ear for the last week due to wax build-up and it was the worst thing ever. I have vowed to never try to clean my ears with cotton-buds (q-tips) ever again. Doing so simply pushes the wax further in and causes a blockage.
Your ears clean themselves, so generally speaking, just leave them alone. If they are getting particularly waxy, then buy some ear drops. If that doesn't work, just put some olive oil in your ear for a week and go to your doctor to have them syringed.
Mine were syringed yesterday, and now I can hear fine. It feels pretty magical when they get that wax out and you can hear again.
If you ever have any concerns about your health, go see a doctor.

@The_Moorasaurus i had the same situation a year or three ago, and the feeling afterwards is pretty amazing indeed. I felt like some kind of superhero with supernatural hearing powers.
Whatever your issue is that led to you cleaning your ear out with a match, you shouldn't let it affect how you deal with human beings, of which your doctor is one.

Yeah, I remember this one time, I tried to get this guy, Alexandru, to see a doctor because he was telling me how he couldn't hear out of his ear and tried cleaning it with a match. He completely blew me off and then started a thread on the internet about how I was the dumb one.
If you ear bled when you tried to clean it (with a match? What the fuck?) then it's cause for concern. Ears aren't meant to bleed. Go see a doctor. Even if there's nothing serious, the fact that your hearing in one ear is so muffled is a bad sign.
