Depends, SSJ Goku varies in power so much from when he first gets it to the end. Compare how powerful he is against Freiza to his SSJ1 form at the end of DBZ.
Pretty sure goku will win hands down. If you see frieza destroy a planet in 2 seconds with no problem. And goku fights frieza and beats him in his final form .Well goku would just go up to superman and tear him in half.

I thought he was SSJ3 by the end.
Anyway, Superman would not allow Goku the time to perform a Spirit Bomb. :D
This post would have been better suited for Comic Vine or Anime Vice where they have "battles" forums. Most folks on Giant Bomb are only intersted in battles when they involve grizzly bears, sharks and the cast of Lethal Weapon. But, in regards to Superman vs Goku, I'm going to refer to the case of Godzilla v. King Kong (1962) in which the outcome was based on where the audience saw the film (mythically). Therefore, I will say that if the two fight in America, Superman wins but if they fight in Japan, Goku wins.
