Wow. Watching that I was wondering if it would turn out he was a user of the site. That's amazing. Based on the time frame those videos seem similar to the contest Gamespot was having at the time to send a user to E3. Anyone here remember Wil Savage and Jeff's love for his name?

Yep, ok, this is pretty damn great.

I changed my mind, the best part is when someone looks right in to the camera by accident.

I saw that video and decided against posting about it because I thought tracking the man down to his YouTube channel might have been crossing a line. Thank you for doing that for me.

@hatking: I definitely struggled a bit with that, wondering if it would be interpreted as harassing. If Joseph lets me know he doesn't like me posting about it I'll take it down or the mods can delete the thread. For what it's worth, I think the video's pretty funny in a charmingly amateurish sort of way.

@getz: I'd guess it's probably not a big deal. I doubt people post their short films on YouTube when they're trying to keep them private. And for what it's worth, I imagine we're all pretty much laughing with him rather than at him. We've all done dorky shit when we were younger. Heck, there's a photo of me floating around where I'm wearing a Jordan jersey, jean shorts, and sandals with socks. It's a good look.

That was pretty entertaining, both videos from this guy are great.

That's nothing dude, I made a video where I moshed, by myself, to Ride the Lightning. I just shuddered as I typed that.

I googled Joseph DeLia and Giant Bomb was the first result! I have not laughed at a piece of GB content in a long time. @slamvanderhuge do you still rap and bed dive!?

I envision a future where Mr DeLia somehow spins his momentary internet fame into gold and riches but ends up strung out in a dingy hotel room, coming out of a stupor to find the lady he spent the night with stole his wallet and the last of his angel dust. He then embarks on a restorative journey that culminates in a daring rescue at an E3 besieged by terrorists.
