How do you get past level 3?

Hold down left click on OK, then hold down right click while still holding left, then let go of left click. When the right click command opens, just go to the new tab. Yeah. "

How do you get past level 3? I turned it on and now I have no clue. 2 was easy since I think Chrome let me prevent the pop-up from appearing when it appeared multiple times.

I tried changing the "iv" to a v, and it didn't work.  Then I tried a "5" and it said I was close and to try again.  I'm stuck now. "

Alright, on the level 5 thing where it says 8, it tells you in the source to right click the picture and click properties to get the picture's URL.  Well, did that in IE, but it's not bringing anything up but the....wait a minute....

I put in the new URL of http://domgreco.com/game/8/screen8.jpg and it's the same fucking thing as http://domgreco.com/game/8/!!!  The only difference is that it only shows the JPG and that's all!!!  Meanwhile, I even tried http://domgreco.com/game/8/#8.jpg  Also tried .jpeg "
