So I don't know if you've heard but a lot of TV from 2008 wont be joining us for 2009. For some shows this is bittersweet and for others it is a welcome relief. So here is a list of some of the TV programs that wont be joining us for 2009:

Special Note:
- Lost- This is the end my beautiful friend! Season six is it for the widely popular show but it will continue until 2010.
- Late Night with Conan O'Brien- Conan hasn't been cancelled per say but is moving on to do the Tonight Show, replacing Jay Leno.
- Survivorman- Cancelled not by producers or executives but by the star, Les Stroud. Les Stroud has said that the show is just tacking its toll on him and he can't do it anymore.
- Monk- This is the final season but it will continue into 2010
