I don't really use either any more. I get most of my game information from podcasts and Co-Op.

How does this involve Tekken in any way?

Oh well, i'll bite.

Either really, if the a video is available i'll watch it, if not i'll read the text so I guess if I had to make a decision it would be video. But it also depends who it's from, any of the GB crew and i'll watch in an instant, others perhaps i'll just skim the review and get a general opinion.

Text reviews, because they are usually more in depth.

Text reviews are usually far more detailed than video reviews.

Video. The footage is important if I haven't been keeping up with a game. If I've been keeping up on a particular game, though, I tend to read their reviews.

I like video reviews because they're also giving me sound and video of the game at the same time.

I only dislike video reviews when they contain spoilers (Game Trailers...)

I like watching video reviews and will often watch video reviews of games I dont really care about but If I actually want to know about a game, in addition to watching the video review, I wlll read the text review but I generally never read reviews of games I dont care about.

Should be an option for both, but being that there's not I chose video. Really it's all dependent of who's doing the review and how interested I am in the game. Too many variables, yet still for whatever reason I voted for video. /shrug

Video reviews because these are VIDEO games, and I want to see what they're talking about.  If they see there are graphical bugs or bad camera controls I want to see how bad.

I prefer video reviews but I don't mind text reviews..I just think that you get a better view of the game with a video review.

If I had to choose one or the other, I would choose text reviews. However, the thing about video reviews is that there is almost always a text review along side of it, at least there always should be IMO.  I enjoy watching the video review first and then reading the in depth text review to get the details after.

I hate reading. But mostly I made up my mind before a review drops.

I like video reviews better because you get to see footage of the game that is being reviewed.

I have to go with video reviews, you get some footage to show off the game which could be good points or bad points depending on what the review whats to cover.  Its also easier to get the emotion of the review, an example would be Jeff's review of 50 Cent Blood in the Sand, you could tell Jeff just had plain fun playing it even with its faults.

I like the staff of the site to make video reviews since I feel the fans at giantbomb make really good text reviews already.

I personally enjoy video reviews more but, text reviews give you more of the scoop.

I prefer text reviews, they usually have a thing or two more in there that a video review won't have.

Video, I kinda need to see the game play and sections that they are talking about to understand it.
Also i'm too lazy to read (I get alot of stuff to read for work, I don't want to do it in my free time).

As far as Giant Bomb, video reviews for sure. I think the staff's great personalities show through better on the videos.

Though text reviews I like too because those do go more in depth.
