What are your plans for Valentine's day?

(For people that has a valentine)

I'm trying to figure out what to do. I wanted to take my girlfriend horseback riding, but they were close. Now I'm thinking dinner and bowling, but I'm still debating if that's a good idea. There's apart of me that wants to do something memorable, but I don't know what to do. I can't really think of places that she might enjoy.

Don't have much money so can't do anything insane but got the girlfriend some chocolate covered strawberries using the code during the Beastcast (she really likes them and has wanted them again so this works) then we are going to go see John Wick 2 in theaters due to a work friend of hers offering to babysit.

Not often we get out with an 18 month old so it'll be fun.

We both work until 7:30 so we're going to go out for a little food after and thaat's pretty much it :)

I have a date with Calendar Man. I'm pretty sure I saw him last year, though. (I'm never unlocking that achievement.)

Aside from that, the same things I do every day. I don't date and I don't celebrate anything. (Which is one of the reasons that achievement is so impossible. I never remember the days.)

Stare at my Amazon preorder of Persona 5 and imagine what could have been.

I had planned to play Persona 5 all day but those plans changed quite a while ago...

Oh shit, just realised Tuesday is valentines day and I'm supposed to arrange a date with this girl some time next week. Not sure if suggesting to do it on valentines would be a bad idea for a first date. Maybe after.

@alistercat: Yeah I would totally suggest after V-day. First dates on V-day just seems weird.

@takayamasama: yeah, that was my instinct but I know I'm not the only person on her radar so I didn't want someone else to take the opportunity before me. Not worth the gamble though.

@ezekiel: Do you know that you can just roll the date forward on your console (assuming that's where you're playing) to the different holidays to unlock that achievement? You could have it unlocked in like 10 minutes!

Making my spouse their fav meal. I don't care for it, so I only cook it for special occasions. Then probly just hang out playing games together.

My wife and I both hate Valentines Day, so we like to go the grocery store and see guys buying last minute flowers on the way home. Then on the 15th we go buy cheap, on sale chocolate.

I'm single this valentines day and last valentines day was the day that my ex and I hooked up (were friends for a while). So I'm sure I'll get a sad text from her.

I think I told my parents I would visit them this Sunday as they just got back from Hawaii.

*edit just looked it up and valentines day is not this Sunday. I'll be working Tuesday.

@alistercat: Kind of in the same boat. Asked a girl out for coffee, fully intending for it to be before valentines, but due to scheduling conflicts it's now the best day for us to go out. At least it was her that suggested Tuesday, I guess.

This'll be the first Valentine's Day in the last seven years that I'll be single, so I guess I don't really have any plans. Feels weird to think about.

I know I can do that on my PC, but I haven't actually cared enough to change the date twelve times and go in and out of the game twenty-four times. I would hate doing it on a console, since you can't skip the dev intros.

Nothing, I don't have a girlfriend. My friend who happens to work in the same mall as the girl i was interested in told me she already has a boyfriend a while ago. I usually have wrestling practice Tuesday night and Nioh will keep me busy though.

It's my birthday so I generally use the day as my only alone day. I used to take a vacation day every year before I retired and just sit at home by myself. Ah the good old days... My wife wants to do breakfast though so I think that's what I'm doing. I don't think I've ever done a traditional Valentine's day so, aside from what they show in movies, I'm not sure what people actually do.
