what bands do you secretly like?

man today while taking my sister to school she put on some my chemical romance and i must say... i think i like them. i know they're emo as fuck but really i don't care.

dragonforce comes close too. so yeah what are the bands you say you hate but deep inside... you know you like them?

Not a band as such but I secretely enjoy eminem.

theres a cupple that im ashamed of. my main taste in music is normaly nightwish lordi 69 eyes children of bodem and cradle of filth but i also secretly kinda like pat benatar mika black eyed peas  jay z and dizzy raskle

I've been slowly but surely warming up to Aerosmith's older stuff lately.

Come on, with songs such as Everything She Wants and Careless Whisper and the horrible catchy Wake me up before you go go, how can I not like them! Oh yeah, and that other dude from Wham! married one of the girls from Bananarama, which is a great band.

I'm not ashamed of it per se, because fuck people putting labels on people because of what they listen to, but if I were to hang with a posse of metal dudes, I don't think that'd be what I'd start a conversation with.

Not an artist, but just a song.  It's I love college by Asher Roth.  The band and whole idea is so douchebaggy and so much of what i'm against, but it's kind of catchy.

Green Day. Not much of a secret anymore, is it?

It's almost hard for me to differentiate between stuff I genuinely like and stuff I download because I've got a bit of a post-modern sense of humor.  For example, a week or so ago, I downloaded some Britney Spears stuff as a joke, but then I caught myself actually like If You Seek Amy.  Go figure.  There's really not much music I don't like or won't listen to, but some of the more "embarassing" stuff I've got on iTunes includes The Proclaimers, Devo, Fergie, the afore-mentioned Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and various other stuff I shouldn't like or listen to but do.  There comes a point in life where you just stop bothering to really care what other people think about your music and you just start listening to it.  I don't give a shit if it's indie, commercialized, or played all to hell - if it's a song I like or find amusing, I'll pick it up if I've got the spare dough.

Damn, Fei secretly likes a lot of bands. A lot of good bands in there too.
