Whoa.. I guess the easter bunny just brought me late bills, and a bucket to cry in. I thought there was chocolate somewhere in the deal, but guess there's always next year?

What - you get gifts for easter? When did they start doing that?!

When I was a kid (and when I still celebrated easter), I did get some chocolate, but that was it. But it was something the whole family shared and I didn't get much.

I am not a religious person, but even I feel a bit queasy at the blatant commercialization of what used to be a religious holiday (even if it's a religion I'm not a part of).

It's about one where I'm at haha. I usually go out for lunch after Church and have a gib dinner. My dad's side of the family doesn't really celebrate it too much so I don't get anything from him. I do get some money from my mom however.

I got a Sega Genesis when I was a kid.. literally the coolest gift of all time i'd recieved then..and since. : / It was so weird too.. I really didn't think it'd happen because usually I just got candy, or maybe a t-shirt thrown in when spending Easter with family... I about shat myself when I saw it. Turok rocked though, a buddy of mine got Turok with his N64.. and remember playing the hell outta it. (bow and arrow I recall was pretty badass)

well, I have never really received gifts for Easter. I will go to church and eat a meal with my family in a restaurant. A lot of times I eat candy too

My mother still wants to give me an Easter basket, despite me being an atheist and 28 years old. I personally celebrate Easter as "Zombie Day".

But I happily accept what she gives me because she enjoys it so much. Besides, I get candy. :P

Nothing. I did buy myself a Geforce GTX 560 Ti and a new CPU cooler (old one has 2 working locking pins, and one of them is about to break). Also, Mortal Kombat for the PS3. Of course, because of the holidays I won't be getting any of it until Tuesday.

A card with $10 in it from an aunt, and a bag that had a box of pringles, some white chocolate mini eggs, $5, socks and a new pair of hair clippers from my grandmother. I was really glad to get the hair clippers, because my old ones had broken some time ago and I hate having long hair. Feels good to be bald again.

I work in a Music store, and there were a bunch of kids getting new instruments for Easter. I found that really bizarre; I had never considered Easter to be a consumer holiday beyond chocolate and cards.

Probably divorced parents trying too hard to win their kids love.

Also, I got the realization that I'm not a huge fan of chocolate as I used to be. Also that I prefer white chocolate to black chocolate and that I'm probably now a racist because of it.
