The reason you're strugging to find a "mature" (and I assume you mean "decent") way to say it is because it's not good manners to bring it up in a typical conversation.

In the medical field we refer to it as either stool or a BM. WHAT IS MORE MATURE THAN MEDICINE.

At uni this comes up occasionally. Students (inc. myself) usually say fecal matter, but our professor always says poop.
