We have a queen bed. I wanted to buy a king when we replaced the last bed, but the wife insisted on having bedside tables and a bed frame, and that made the king size too big for our current master bedroom.

I used to sleep on a queen, but now I sleep in a big bed with your mum. BAM!

I sleep like a queen. Wait, what?

#4 Posted by BeachThunder (12410 posts) -

I'm honestly not sure, I think it's a queen though?

I have no idea how you can make love to a plant or flower, but whatever!

Just bought a memory foam queen like 2 months ago. Before that I was on a twin, and for the record I'm 6'3" so just imagine that and having a lady over would make it an even tighter fit.

Well, if you're hung like Jonah Falcon then I feel sorry for you needing that extra space. If you're talking about a human or Lunarian sex partner, then I understand that too. Other than those two situations, I don't understand and I would like you to elaborate on the situation for my study on the human species.

Twin. Anything bigger than a twin and I'd have to remove my desk from my room and climb over my bed to get to my closet. You people with your Queens...

Queen size all to myself.

I've had a twin bed before, and it's really uncomfortable to sleep on because of my RLS. Since I have room for a queen bed, and my legs do better in a queen bed, I have a queen bed!

he's british.

I don't think anyone outside of the US is going to know wtf an inch is. Or at least be able to gauge how far 60 inches is.

Also why is there no Single matress option?

A single mattress would be a cot.

Sorry, I didn't know that no one outside of the U.S. uses inches.

But a Cot is what a baby sleeps in. (I can vote now :D)

Damn man! How the hell can you sleep in one of those? I'd rather sleep on the floor than in one of those.

A single. Cos small room, and I don't really see the point of a large bed since I'm actually single.

@alexw00d We use em all Alex, you should know what an inch is.

Naw, man, only old people use inches. Same with feet, I dunno wtf any of that shit is. Nor do I know what a hectare is.

King! My bedroom is way too big for my Apartment, so gotta put something in there.

#31 Edited by HellknightLeon (467 posts) -

Twin. I live alone and blow way to much money on beer and other dumb stuff. Maybe I should get a better one...

#32 Posted by FriendlyPhoenix (467 posts) -

I sleep in a queen right now, but it's a few inches too short. I'll replace it with a california king when I get a place with a bigger bedroom.

#33 Posted by Godlyawesomeguy (6402 posts) -

A shitty twin, college mattress.

#34 Posted by 49th (2844 posts) -

I dunno, fucken single whatever. My room is small.

#35 Posted by ottoman673 (568 posts) -

Full, but I'm looking to get a queen. Being 6'2 on a full size bed suuuucks

#36 Posted by MightyDuck (1524 posts) -

Queen here, fine by me.

#37 Posted by Strife777 (1612 posts) -

I sleep on a queen, but only use one half of it. I wish I could say I get to "use" all of it, ifyouknowwhatImean! But nop. It's just me. In this big' ol bed. Crying.

What do you think?

#40 Posted by Nekroskop (2786 posts) -

I cant into imperial so I'll just list it in metric;

150cmx200cm long. Tempur. Its the besy.

#41 Posted by Hunter5024 (5963 posts) -

I'm in a full but my feet kind of dangle off. I can't even imagine trying to bring a girl home to that bed. It's pretty new, I've only had it like 3 or 4 years, but I intend to upgrade to a queen as soon as I can, beds are pretty expensive though.

#42 Edited by Canteu (2821 posts) -

@alexw00d: 2.54cm = 1"

I have a 32" TV not a 81.28cm one.

We use miles, yet that is imperial. Also, horse racing tracks are done in furlongs.

A pint of beer, not 568ml of beer.

Buying petrol by the litre, but having fuel efficiency measured by the gallon.

lbs and st for weight.

We use em all dawg!

#43 Posted by Tireyo (6451 posts) -

Out of 109 votes, no one sleeps on a Cal-King. That is very interesting.

#44 Edited by jasbir (107 posts) -

king size

#45 Edited by isomeri (1415 posts) -

It's way too early on in the morning to start making sense of your imperial units so I'll just say that mine is 120 centimeters across and can comfortably fit two people.

#46 Posted by TheManWithNoPlan (5985 posts) -

I used to sleep on a queen, but have since downgraded to a twin for spacial reasons. I enjoy the space in my room, but it sure was nice having a bigger bed.

#47 Posted by Scampbell (499 posts) -
#48 Posted by TobbRobb (4841 posts) -

I have no idea if I did the math right since I just got out of the bed. But on that scale I think it's the twin extra long one. It's something like 200x120cm...

#49 Posted by falserelic (5407 posts) -

Full Mattress I think, but I do have spiders crawling on me at times while sleeping. Though it still doesn't beat bed bugs their the worst. Once you get bed bugs you'll never have a good night sleep.

#50 Posted by arg3n7um (70 posts) -

We have had a queen bed for the past 4 years. My wife really wants a king size bed though, so we will be upgrading next time around.
