I have a six pack but , I want my six pack to look like this but I do not have an exercise ball or a ab lounge machine. I was wondering what exercises I can do without these things? Also, a while back I asked what exercises I could do for a chest workout and I really took you guy's advice and it's working, I can see improvements! (Especially Daniel_beck90's chest workout routine he posted for me) (I'm 5'9 132 lbs)

You're kinda light for someone 5'9".
For me, I got my super defined 8 pack by running. Yep running. but I was focused on running as a sport and the 8 pack came as a side effect.
It sounds like you want pure 6 pack in the shortest time and whatever you've been told seems to work.
You have to find more really, really gay pictures (like the one you've already found for example) and stare at them and then -poof-, six pack.

Well first of all your going to need to get a little heavier, eat lots of protein, Eggs, Meats all the good stuff, you should work out all parts of your body but if your looking for a six pack you should do sit-ups, it`s the basic exercise for a "Six-Pack"
The thing is, you can have a really good six pack but if any fat is in your stomach area, you won't see it. That is why running works really well to allow you to see the six pack.
having six pack abs needs a defined diet
to make it simple :
No fat
Low amount of carb (preferably Complex Carb )
High amount of Protein
We pretty much all have six packs underneath the pounds of blubber, but it doesn't seem like you're much blubbery, so just bulk it up I guess.
