If I had all that money after taxes, I would spend most of it on charity (churches, schools, food/water, utilities, shelters, breast cancer)
I read somewhere that after someone wins the lotto, they receive like a million requests from people seeking financial aid for medical surgeries and treatments that they can't afford for loved ones who without it would die so I would use a lot of that charity money on them as well.
With my final $25 million, I would secure my family and even a few of my close friends with new housing and hopefully have enough to put some away for later. I would try to have at least $5 million left after that to start my own business.
I would pay off my student loans' buy a house somewhere in the Midwest where the cost of living isn't so high and do very little, not much more than I do now. Oh how lazy I would become.
Use it to be in classes that would teach me the ways of programming, art, and whatever. Then, with the rest of the money, create a game development studio to make a dream game.
My first priority would be any financial needs of my parents and siblings. Then possibly pay my way into a doctoral program of my choice because I believe admission cycles walk the line of being totally pointless. With another good chunk, I'd invest and save properly. I love books, games, etc. but I'm not one to get materialistic highs, so I'd split the rest to revamping the U.S. K-12/higher education systems and trustworthy organizations who help those in immediate need. Boring, eh?
I'd probably become a philanthropist. I want to help people out presently, but lack the where-with-all and time to do so. If I had a bed of money to rest on, it would be a lot easier to cast of my daily responsibilities and "rescue" the world.
However, I would shower Giantbomb in money so they can travel the country and make it so that all content is completely free. No more premium charges!
I would become a full fledged musician and I would start investing in other people's musical careers. I guess that would kinda make me a manager too because I would be down to plan out a musician's schedule and develop connects.
Go to Japan and buy the entire Super Potato, minus the porn.

I would pay off debt, set my family/friends up with some cash, and then figure out how much I would need to be able to give myself somewhere in the range of 50k - 100k a year for the rest of my life (I don't know about you, but I could live plenty comfortable if I made that every year and didn't have to work for it XD ) and from there just start doing the indie dev thing and start making teh vidja games. Also go travelling a bit and pay for me and a few friends to go do a japan raid just cause we could. XD

Seriously: I would probably just buy a house, a nice violin and a nice piano and then just keep studying and travel for a few years without having to worry about money. Also I would make sure my mother and siblings are taken care of. That is pretty much it.
Pay off college tuition, give some to parents, switch majors to History (what I'd actually want to study if not for lack of job options), play it from there. Basically keep living life but w/o having to make decisions based on job choices/income. I wouldn't quit school or not work, I'd have no idea what I'd do with my time.
I would tell my parents they could retire and pay for anything they needed. Also help out my closer family members (pay off their house's and cars, my cousin's tuition). Then I would buy a small house for me with a huge, huge garage and buy a bunch of cars probably about 10-20, would not spend over 2 million. Also, start my own racing team in the ALMS that would probably cost about 1 million. Take another million just for small stuff like games, computers, tv's ect...and the rest I would invest. My job would now be running the racing team and hopefully we could make a profitable team. So with about 190 million to spare I think I could live just fine for the rest of my life. As long as I didn't go to the strip club to much lol.
Pay off student loans, help out friends and family, travel a bit more, build my own castle, open up a bar with an arcade and table space for board and card games. Maybe specifically hire college grads who can't find full-time work because that's where I'm at and it BLOWS.
Would also throw a ton of money at various charities, scientific projects and research.
I'd fund insane conspiracy theorists on YouTube, forcing them to produce more content, with financial incentives to create increasingly hilarious paranoid videos. I would then put millions of dollars into the creation of a modified biplane that shoots money-rolls and strafes farming villages. After that I might buy a zoo and obviously invest into ways of dinosaur resurrection.
