Whats the longest you stayed up and the longest you slept?

• stayed up for 36 hours once, dunno what my reasons were.. just tried to be cool and stay up long i guess. though i was home, not on a slumber party or some shit.
•  slept for 28 hours, from 2 PM on a monday til 6 PM on tuesday .. got up twice for 20 seconds each to piss

1. Stayed up for 30ish hours.
 
2. Slept for 14.
 
I don'y get how you could possibly sleep 28 hours... I mean I've heard of people doing stuff like that but fuck, that's insane man.

I think the longest I ever stayed up for was like 30 something hours and the longest I slept for was like 15 hours.

what did you do before you slept for 28 hours straight? 
 
stayed up maybe 36 hours and slept maybe 14 hours

30 hours awake and 20 hours slept.

Longest I've stayed up was when I went to America once, got up early for the plane, didn't sleep on it [can't see how people possibly can...] then didn't sleep that night so I could get over jet lag quickly, then I was up until early morning the following day so in all around... 50-55 hours or so.
 
Most I've slept was probably around 12 hours or so.

I have stayed up about 37 hours.
 
I have slept most about 13 hours and even that was when I was recovering from surgery.  I don't like sleeping too long.  You loose to much of the day and I just feel groggy when I get up.

50 hours awake and NEVER.

40ish hours awake (don't really remember, tbh) and 17 hours asleep.

I think the longest I've ever been awake for was around 30 hours.... I have no idea what the longest I've slept is...
 
I was planning on seeing how long I could stay awake during winter break this year...

Stayed up for 32 hours straight (drug related reasons baha), and slept for 15 hours once. How you reached 28 hours is beyond me.

Latest I've stayed up to is 3 AM

I have stayed up very late, up to about 30 hours or more if I did the math correct. I haven't slept for hours on end though, maybe 14-15 hours tops.

awake 96 hours, when i had chicken pox i thought if i slept it would get worse.
asleep 36 hours, i was ill and got back from school, i lay on my bed and woke up a day and a half later.
Edit: i should add i came back from a 5 day school trip where i didn't sleep for more than a hour each night.
Edit 2: also should add i find it hard to sleep in houses other than my own, so im almost always the last person to sleep and first to wake. but when in my own bed i can sleep through a trip through hell and back.

If I remember correctly, I stayed up for about 35 hours before and slept for about 15-16 hours right after that.

Around the 30 mark, whereas asleep, I'd say 12 hours.

Stayed up for about 21 hours before I took a nap. I don't really like staying up that long, I just get extremely tired in the afternoon.
 
Slept for about 18 hours I think, all I remember is waking up and it was 8 PM. I was sick at the time though, I don't like sleeping in that late.

I stayed up for 50+ hours one time. Dont recall why, I just think i wanted to see what i could do. Then i slept for about 15-20 hours right after. 
 
In college there was one guy who stayed up for 4 days with no sleep. In order to graduate the program you had to have made a working game by the end of the last year there and he slacked off all year and spent the last 4 days programming his ass off to get it made. I think he ended up in the hospital on the 3rd day and used a laptop to try and finish off the game. I don't think he got it done ether, but they felt bad for the guy almost killing himself from exhaustion that they gave him a passing mark on it.

3 days straight playing Morrowind.

• Longest time sleeping: 12ish hours

48-ish hours awake at a LAN party, with the flu. Yeah. I think the most I've ever slept is somewhere around 22 hours.

Awake a little over 24 hrs.
 
Asleep for about 15 hrs.

38 1/2 hours awake

I've never stayed up for much longer than 24 hours, but I have gone many, many days with only 2 or 3 hours of sleep a night, multiple times.
 
The longest I've been asleep, probably about 16-18 hours, after one of the long stints of nights with very little sleep.

I've stayed awake for 32 hours once.  I can only sleep for about 11 or 12 hours at a time and then I wake up for 2 or 3 hours and then go back to sleep for another 6 hours or so.

Longest Stayed Up: 60ish hours finishing about 40 pages worth of end of semester papers.
Longest Slept: 24 hours, the day right after those 3 days of hell.
 
Also, for slept, are you asking the longest time we've stayed asleep, or the longest time spent in bed?  If the latter, I'd bump that number up to a good 30 hours for that one weekend where I was just too depressed to do anything.

Latest stayed up is in the region of 30 hrs.

3 complete days is the longest I've stayed off. Probably dozed off for an hour, tops, somewhere in there, so I'm not exactly sure consecutive hours.
 
Longest I've slept is over 14 hours, when I was really, really sick, and had downed a bunch of night-time cough syrup (which has a heavy effect on me).

It was about 36 hours or so...  Longest I've slept was probably 13 hours.

24 hours awake, probably only like 12 sleeping. I don't sleep for that long.

longest time awake would be 48hours, during a music festival 
longest time sleeping was 16 hours I think, after a party

I went almost 48 hours once. But that was a VERY bad idea. Major crash, loss of brain cells, loss of the next day, etc ...

i say 20 hours, the longest i've slept was 12 hours. the 12 hour sleep was the first time i stayed up until 3am.

• Stayed up for around 20 hours (not much, yeah)
• Slept for probably 20+ hours. I had pneumonia, which makes you seriously tired. I'm not kidding either. I had a few bathroom brakes, which were really miserable. That's how tired it makes you.

Whoa you guys are insomniacs! I've done a full 24 hours playing The Suffering and Silent Hill 4 during the night. And then I slept for about 10 hours.
