Are they downloading the video game play from different sites and using a converter to convert every movement in the video game play to images which equals about 500 to 8k depends on the game and movie.

If you're talking about regular-arse people like us, it's probably Google and press releases. And perhaps some Photoshopping.

If you're talking about journalists, then it's still probably Google and press releases, although they may have the tech to record large amounts of feed of a game and then scrub through it to get the good bits.
