Who else has this youtube issue?

This is really starting to fucking piss me off, whenever I try to watch something youtube related on this site, it just shows it as a white screen. When I try and watch an actual video on youtube.com and I select it, I can see the posts,but not the video. I just don't know what the fuck is going on as this has never happened to me before. This started happening about a few days ago. It seems like a childish thing to complain about, but I love my youtube ya know? :(

The video doesn't load? Same thing happens to me. If it's linked here on GB I can watch it. But if I go to the direct YouTube page I'm stuck staring at nothing playing and the time says 0:00 / 0:00.

have you tried updating flash? Your version might be out of date. also sometimes firefox or ie will have browser specific issues like this. Try ie if you normally use firefox or firefox or Opera if you normally use ie.

It used to do it for me, but now that we got a new computer it does not happen.

yeah I get the same issue, after a few mins of refreshing or going some where else on the site it goes away.

Since we are on the topic Youtube videos, does anyone know how to link them onto giant bomb?

The videos that are embedded into the posts on GB show up as a white screen, I just can't do anything youtube related. I am going to see about updating Flash though.

Update: updating to the latest version of Flash did nothing for me :(

I had the same problem with the 404 Bad request. I settled it by getting a new web browser.

Not really, but they've been doing a lot of maintenance to the site recently I noticed, it may be related to this?

Youtube has gone to the toilet for a while now
