Not to be biased here and vote for the GB crew, my favorite internet celebrity is probably AVGN.  I've been a fan of his since he first took off with ScrewAttack and before he was on GameTrailers.

None only celeb i like is Johnny Depp

Not really an internet celebritiy, but I love Vash12349 on YouTube. He does walkthrough's and is incredibly funny. I watch his videos like I would watch the Persona 4 Endurance Run, just watching him play through a game is a joy.
