Matt Rorie is constantly drunk and therefore impervious to pain. I would assume Ryan Davis would have to wait a couple of weeks powering up enough to actually do any damage whatsoever.

If Ryan could connect then Rorie would fall fast. But Rorie's more nimble and might be able to keep his distance. But Ryan would have a longer health bar.

I'd say Ryan... as said by Alex, Ryan's fist is huge and could probably take out Rorie in one shot. The only thing he has to do is time his punch well as Matt is probably really quick but Ryan wil find a way and become the new boss of bosses

Matt all the way. As, uh, "built" as Ryan is, he doesn't exactly come across as particularly a tough dude, whereas Rorie is clearly brutally insane.
