I used to never drink because I hated the taste and the effects, still do. When I go out now though I just grab a beer and milk it the entire night, sometimes not even finishing it, so I don't have people pestering me to have a drink. I have nothing against alcohol but it does nothing for me.
Because I like it. People who don't just haven't found something they like; seriously guys, step away from the beer for a second and try something with a lick of class.like Jager, you're of course talking about yager....right?
I drink because I like to wash away the bitter taste of disappointment, misery and loss that pervades my every waking moment.
It's actually because I hate myself and like to wake up to the feeling of my entire body fueled only by hate of itself, I then, in my hungover stupor, drive my body to hate itself even more by going for a jog, why? because,
it's really horrible, really horrible.
also, if you drink to the point of it being really toxic, you get this glorious feeling called the DT's, look it up kids, it makes you feel special...
I do it when a "social gathering" warrants , but even then sometimes I make some excuse to not drink or I just trick people by holding my halfway drink and serving just a little bit to keep it in the midle of the cup , so I choose don´t I genuinely don´t like beer maybe some whine or whiskey mostly casual drinking of that can´t say I like either
@zombie2011: Yeah, I thought about that option, then forgot about it. Alcohol just tastes so bitter, but like you did, there's always the option of posting your thoughts.you are generalizing Alcohol; not all Alcohol is "bitter". Have yourself a wine cooler or a mixed drink. There is honestly a "drink" for everyone.
I enjoy the taste and for social reasons.
