The account itself is a pretty shitty attempt to be funny- there's no subtlety to it, it's poorly written, and probably created by you (I mean, what are the odds you happened to stumble across it 20 hours after it was made.)

@TheSeductiveMoose: I think I have said this before. However, I will say it again and again, you are most likely my favorite user on Giant Bomb every time you post and image it destroys me!

I have been using that photo as my spray in TF2. I uploaded it for some TNT to try and get a reaction from the guys when they see it, but I never got into the game and just forgot I have it set. I want to set it as something else, but I can never seem to find a good one to replace it with.

Despite the creepy picture, I'm totally following this twitter account.
