I have songs that are 320 kbps on my computer, but whenever I try to synch it to my Walkman NWZ-A815 it automatically converts the songs to the "max" of 192 kbps, now I know you can change the max setting for the synch but I've tried that and the slider maxes out at 192. I have songs on my Walkman that are 320 but I have no idea how that happened, I've always used Windows Media to synch my songs.

How can I set it so it doesn't automatically convert my songs to 192 kbps?

I have the newest version of WMC (btw)

And yes, for those of you who also visit GS I have this on the OT there, sorry if it seems redundant and if you hate me but. I'm just trying to get some information.

Thanks.

I know this sounds like a blank wall, but just do some serious googling for what you are looking for, every tech problem I have ever had has been solved by that (except RROD).
