Yet another problem with iTunes

I just downloaded the "new and improved" version of iTunes and I'm unsurprisingly already having problems. The thing wants to download every episode of Breaking Bad season 4. I've already watched all of season 4 on iTunes, but for some reason it thinks I want to redownload every single episode. The thing is, each episode (in HD) takes 15+ minutes to download, and I can't sync music on my iPod until it's finished with every episode. I can't find a way to stop it. Is there?

Can't you pause the downloads? I know you used to be able to pause them.

There's no option to. I right clicked on each of them and hit delete but nothing happens. They can only be deleted after they've been downloaded it seems.

I think the only real solution is Don't use iTunes.

I'm pretty sure on the right there's a pause button on the download list.

Yup, new iTunes sucks. Yesterday, it wouldn't add any new songs to the Library until I unchecked something in the Preference menu and when maximised the window is too big so that the scroll bar is off the side of the screen. Have to minimise it and bring it back up to sort that out.

I would get different software but I have an iPhone and don't know of any other convenient way to get stuff on it other than iTunes.

There literally isn't, lol. Not that I could see anyway.

Another solution that might work, go into your iPod sync settings, and change the sync settings so that it won't sync season 4 of Breaking Bad. I think you have to set it to sync only videos you choose or something? I don't know, I use a Zune. But I seem to remember something like that.

I have an old iPod Touch sitting around in my car. Haven't added any new music to it in years since iTunes was such an annoying software to use. Thank god there are other solutions to bring music to my car.
