You know why IE8 beats FF3 and Chrome?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
Chrome loads images way faster than IE8. And we don't need people like you here to antagonize others. So stop.
" Cause it's 1. Not slow as shit. 2. It doesn't have add-ons that have spyware within them, Mozilla doesnt certify addons by random peeps :/ Who knows maybe the government can track us using add-ons. "1. Neither Chrome or Firefox are "slow as shit." Albeit, I didn't even know feces could be slow.
2. You're an idiot if you think the add-ons from the Firefox website have spyware within them. I have a ton of add-ons for Firefox, and none of them have given me viruses. You must be joking, right?
I don't think I have enough to press you even further, because, really, I think you aren't being serious. I can understand if you prefer IE over Chrome or Firefox (well, not really), but the reasons you provided with it are far from fact (or even plausible).

viruses my break my computer thogugh
That is your fault that viruses get onto your computer, not an official add-ons websites' fault. It might be the fault of whatever anti-virus software you are using. Anti-virus software isn't even really that needed if you know what you are doing, and if you know what websites you should and shouldn't be going on. If you regulate yourself, you should be fine. The occasional scan isn't a bad idea, though." @Karmum said:

I used firefox 3 and IE8.
firefox 3 because its fast and its got some great addons and themes.
IE8 for compatibility and as long as you practice smart web surfing habits and you lock it down its as secure as firefox.
Thanks for the laugh. Was finishing up the night, and troll topics are always good. I sure love my Opera web browser with built in email, bittorrent, irc, note pad, intergrated sidebar, mouse gestures, resumable downloads, and constantly syncronized settings. Not to mention the speed and standards compliance. ie tab is pretty sweet for FF, for anyone who doesn't know, by the way.
internet explorer is a virus magnet, one day on my other computer i decided to update from IE6 to IE7 from microsofts offical site. then after updating it would randomly start-up to some random website.
so i downgraded back down to IE6 then my IE6 started having problems. and i did a good scan and never used IE again.
