I go for whatever is free.

I stay home and do basic weight lifts and/or exercises.

Or go for a run. People at gyms are weird.

I alternate upper/lower(including abs). Start with the core lifts and work your way out

Question, I'm going to start going to the gym and I was wondering if I should work on cardio exclusively before weights or a mixture of both?

After the way I've been eating for the past two weeks I am pretty much exclusively hitting the treadmills for awhile.

I usually spend 20 minutes in the bike before doing any other exercise, so I guess that doesn't count as "warm up"

Treadmill. I feel like it gets my body ready for workouts better than going straight to the exercises.
