Zombie Chart?

Sorry to use a topic as a means of asking this, but there was a topic on the forums with a blank chart where you could edit images into slots for the zombie apocalypse, with things such as sidekick final words, and locations.  Can someone please post a link to that post or the image itself.  Thanks

Meh. I don't have photoshop. I have some pretty decent MS Paint skills, which come in handy for splicing images, but it's a pain in the ass to use on a larger scale (a la Zombie Survival Guide.)"
