Apparently I've been banned from the EA forums. I'm really impressed with this because I don't even have an account!, nor have I ever posted. i just wanted to view the Fifa 11 forum and a screen comes up saying i've been banned and need to contact an administrator. How I do this i don't know. I kind of want to because whilst It would be nice to see the forums. But yes, anyone else been banned without an account?! Or do I hold the record!?
You probably have a dynamic IP address and the IP address is banned. If you disconnect from the internet and reconnect, your ISP should assign you a new IP and you should be fine.
@MattyFTM: ha ha ha, cheers for letting me know! I eventually tracked down my psn log in details and used those and i can view the forum now....best part is, the forums shit! nothing of interest AT ALL!.

MattyFTM used to be govermentcheese then used this method to get unbanned.
