My girlfriends getting braces really soon and I have them too. Shes scared they might lock whenever we kiss but I've heard that braces locking is only like a urban myth. Has anyone ever actually had their braces lock while kissing or is this only something you see in the movies?

This actually happens. It's how I lost all of my teeth when I was fifteen years old. Well, it's part of how I lost them all.

I heard somewhere that if they touch, it makes a noise that attracts aliens. Then you have to do it again to make shortwave radio and blow their heads up with old timey music.

Essentially, if you touch braces, you will cause MARS ATTACKS!
