3 possibilities,
A) She is going for a cash grab. She knows she doesnt have enough broad appeal to win a general election and she is going to join the Joe the plumber talking circuit and going to make some money.
B) Something is up. Keep an eye out for some sort of scandal and she is just trying to get out in front of it.
C) Her presidential candacy is starting now and she is going to try to hit the road and try to crack into the independent voters minds.
