Touching A Girl's Shoulder

Hey guys,

I want to talk to this one girl in Shibuya who sits at Tatsuya drinking coffee around 9 p.m.  She's very pretty and I don't know how to talk to her.  I heard that if I touch her shoulder, it can help me get her to fall in love with me.

Any advice on touching her shoulder?

Lift up her skirt, hold up a badge (gas stations have some next to the 4 dollar squirt guns) and tell her it's a mandatory inspection.

Then mutter things like "..unbelievable..." and "...the best in all of Shibuya...." and then stand up, and ask her where she attained such beauty.

She'll be flattered by your honesty and high-class, high-paying job, and will allow you to render her fleshy sundries unrecognizable by the medical community until the sun rises and falls once more.

Although I live in Taiwan, not Japan, but as far as I know, body contact between opposite sex is considered verey rude in both Taiwan and Japan.
