What to Pre-Order?

So this year is just like 2007. Too many games, too little money...well for some. So pretty much, what do you guys think are the games that should be pre-ordered?

To me, Halo ODST is a must, COD6 is like a VERY must buy, but what else? What do you guys think are the most important games to buy this year and that will actually last me/people a while?

if saboteur comes out this year then i am going for that...im looking forward to that game, also the new uncharted game...ill pre order those two probably...but my taste in games are probably different then others

@HellBound: Ok then, how about DJ Hero, Brutal Legend, and Uncharted 2? Maybe not the biggest releases in terms of hype or marketing push, but the first two seem the most innovative and Uncharted 2 seems to be pushing the boundary in terms of graphics and cinematic feel. Obviously, there are lots of great games to look forward to on all systems.

He's right man. You should definetly go into Best Buy or Gamestop or another chain when MW2 comes out and ask if they have a copy. A friend of mine who works for a Gamestop in my town says they're only getting two shipments in, one in November for everyone who pre ordered (because demand is simply that high) and one in December to meet the holiday rush. And besides, pre ordering is five fucking dollars off of the purchase price. I'd gladly lay down $5 to know that I'll play $55 for the game at launch and that I'll be GUARANTEED a copy.

But yeah with all of that said, go with MW2 first, as you get a poster with your pre-order. Then ask to pre order Battetoads.

@Everyones_A_Critic: Gamestop says that about every game...better preorder! You won't get a copy unless you preorder! It's nonsense.

Even 7-11 is going to be selling Modern Warfare 2. You know that Mexican guy who walks around with a cart selling shaved ice and mangoes? Yes, he will be selling MW2. And roasted peanuts. It will be literally everywhere, millions of copies overflowing the shelves.
