Surprisingly hard question. Australian is pretty hot, but like zitosilva said pitch is probably quite important. Doesn't really matter as long its not whiney and really annoying.

I'll take pretty much any accent a guy can have...unless it's one of those really thick Southern US accents where you'd need subtitles to understand them. But yeah, a British guy especially could (as someone else said) read the phone book and I'd listen to them all day.

Being British myself, I can tell you there are some terrible local ascents about. Sadly they don't all sound like upper-class Millionaire daughters with beautiful speaking voices.

I have to admit I have a very soft spot for the Welsh ascent, both when speaking English or Welsh. On the other hand I can't stand Scottish ascents, sound so rough and unpleasant. Can't beat a brummie voice though! :D

Just so you know, there are many, many different Scottish accents. You will be thinking of Glasgow, I assume, and I wouldn't blame you for hating that. However, every big city in Scotland has a different accent, and smaller towns have a different accent to them. My Scottish accent isn't that strong.

I no doubt there are different forms of the Scottish accent like any other, and if I generalise I'm sorry... but my impression of the Scottish accent does not sound nice on ladies. It's a bit... gruff for my taste.

Some people have extremely annoying voices but I can't think of any that I'd contribute to an entire region. Otherwise I'm not terribly picky and it's not a big deal to me.

While not on my list of considerations for girls, accents can be a bonus. However, they can be a turn-off, depending on what it is. I'm not really into a US southern drawl, or anything else that sounds... well, to be blunt, stupid. The American accent, in general, is fine with me. I do find British accents attractive on the right girl, as well. Australian accents, however, get me every time. I want to travel to Australia someday just to listen to women speak.
As for tones (which some are discussing) I'm a guy who likes tough yet feminine voices. I don't really know how to describe it, or what it sounds like, I just find it to be a major turn on. Also, higher pitched voices are attractive if not TOO high.
Female voices in general just get me all bothered, really.
