Little throw up here.. but has anyone heard of the Australian funk/jazz/trance/reggae band The Cat Empire.....?

No, I didn't think anyone would. They're pretty groovey though. Give 'em a spin if you've got the time.. they've got alot of great car journey songs.

Out of those, Chili Peppers.

But my choices are The Who and Dream Theater.

Edit: I missed the Beatles on that list, so it's the Beatles for me out of those choices. But The Who and Dream Theater are still the best. And I don't think that I can actually choose a favorite band, but these two come closest.

Ah, I see. I find this list to be terribly inconsistent. And I find bands like AFI totally incomparable to The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. I know your opinion is different so please don't take offense.

I'm kidding, i'm kidding. I just had a flicker of hope that I wasn't the only AFI fan on here with the last poll but now that flame has been extinguished. I do agree though that comparing music is pretty much impossible.
