Can you connect multiple platform controllers to PC?

I've got a couple of new xbone and ps4 wireless controllers that I'd like to hook up to my to my PC, and I was wondering if its possible to hook them up at the same time, and what would I use? My apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. I looked through the forums but couldn't find anything.

@mic_d: Yes, I've had both a PS4 and 360 controller hooked up to my PC and was using both at the same time to play (of all things) Gangbeasts. Both were hooked up via USB. DS4 is your software solution for the PS4 controller and the 360/Xbone drivers should you need them are available on Microsoft's site. Hope that helps.
