Man, I'm such a slave. Sat there in mumble for like 6 hours leading up to this and the trolling was PHYSICALLY PAINFUL.

But you know what? I'll probably end up buying Persona Q AND P4A2, maybe even that silly dancing game. So in the end, they announced 3-4 games I want, one of them being Persona-goddamn-5.

Persona was always dark. P4 was the lightest in tone but it was also the most popular. I really hope they go back to the darker themes. Also there is suppose to be an interview event right after this. I will try to update but I think the people on gaf are so fast with this stuff it might be faster to read minute to minute update there.

I reaaaaally hope we don't have wait too long for a western release, hopefully early/mid 2015 at least. And I guess this is a perfect excuse for me to pick up a PS3 by then, if it turns out it's exclusive and not coming to 360. Not too miffed, since it'll probably be quite cheap by then, and I have plenty of PS3-exclusives to look forward to!

ps4 release about 4-5months apart and that was before p4 became as big as it is now. I would say NA will get it about 4 months after we do. In the main time, I wait for next winter.

If it was Q1, why wouldn't they have announced an exact release date? I'm thinking Q4.

I am a slave p5, you know me so well. Man there's no way I can wait until 2014. I really hope they shock us and do a worldwide release. Waiting for this and the next Arena is going to kill me.

I'm glad to see that this is actually happening. The only other word had seen about the event was a Persona rhythm game which is probably not was people are looking for.

@darji: Thats what im slightly worried about. I already had to replace the bluray laser once this year.

They also announced a chibi RPG for the 3DS starring Persona 3 and Persona 4 characters.

Persona 4 came out a year after PS3 launched as well, so it's not surprising.

Who knows, maybe the Gaikai stuff will be up and running when the game finally comes to the west and you'll be able to play it on PS4.

They have to make a 360 version as well right? The announcement was made for the Japanese so there would be no reason to mention the 360 version in the trailer. Someone tell me there will be a 360 version.
