Odd romance storyline aside, the interface seems fine. I think what we need to remember is this stuff can change drastically with an update.

Love how it actually had a storyline hahahaha omg that was weird. But it looks pretty good. I am still kind of getting the Windows 8/Phone live tile vibe though, with big flat tiles everywhere. I like that.

My DSL is not gonna be able to download a game that fast, but the social stuff looks fine and the interface looks simple and elegant. Looks like you double tap the PS button to move from the apps to your current game. Clever.

The ability to download a game to your console from a mobile app (or web site?) is nice, as is the ability to download the single-player or multi-player part of a game first.

With all awkwardness aside, this can be pretty badass. But my personal first problem will be me not having any online friends. I only have my one friend I've always gamed with. Once Ps4 is out and all, I'd be happy to add you gents and of course Sarah Greene ;)

Weird video aside the features they show off are pretty nice.

I didn't really enjoy that music or the way it was filmed, seemed out of place. But the features/interface look good.

The thing I took away from this trailer, I really like the big ass light on the controller...

I really don't mind the weird interface. The only thing I care about is speed. The current PSN interface wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take ten seconds to open a menu. As long as this stuff moves fast they've done a good job.

The guy in that video is such a hipster that it's almost painful to watch. Rusted out VW Beetle, log cabin, those sunglasses, scooter, antique refrigerator, acoustic guitar. It looks like a Mumford and Sons concert could spontaneously erupt at any moment. Also, what's up with him being friends with such a dude-bro? NONE OF THESE PEOPLE COULD EVER EXIST.

As for the interface, yeah it looks pretty slick, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable with bringing that level of Facbook creeping onto PSN.

That interface looks too much like windows, but you don't get a good enough look at it to make a real evaluation.

@keres: Pretty sure you can start game downloads from the web already on the 360.

But still it is a nice feature.
