Here are some clues:

  • This place is the most obvious, where you'd wish you had never sinned.
  • In a world of blocks and pixels, life is dangerous when you go far enough.
  • Tim Burton

That's all i have so far, let me know if you have one!

If you're not good, nor evil, you'll go here when you die.

-  The hell of Minecraft.
-  Last episode of Lost (as interpreted by some).
-  The name of a popular survival horror series.
-  Think first Resident Evil.
-  Not a realm of light.
-  Where waterboarding takes place.

I need three more still.

With this hint, you can go for his residence and also the region where he is best known to reside.

I need 2 more. Here's what I have so far:

1. Where the devil lives.
2. The place between heaven and hell.
3. Where Gordon Freeman went to work and started his journey.
4. Where Gordon Freeman met Lamarr.
5. Where Dracula lives.
6. Where Jill proved she was the master of lock picking.
7. Place in Ukraine that will be safe to visit in 2011.
8.  One does not simply walk into it (this was a good hint).
9. It's the opposite of a loud ditch.

Kind of tricky but with the hints above, stick with that kind of genre with well known locations then you can have this one finished in no time.

There are at least 2 Mortal Kombat related realms that really should have counted for this and didn't.  I was very disappointed in this quest set.

Yeah I was kinda annoyed by that :/

On-topic, well it's very easy tbh, first do the obvious ridiculously evil/scary places (where Satan lives, where dead bodies are, etc), and then have a think about some scary towns from Survival Horror, if you really get stuck, as I did on my last one, just go on something like the Resident Evil franchise page, click on locations, and have a look at the list there to point you in the right direction.

It never hurts to think of the place ravens might call home too.

I had 2 Resident Evil related answers; one more specific and the other more general.

@JoeyIA:  Yupyup. I got it just after I asked that. I didn't even know there was any kind of Nightmare videogame?
