Anyone know how to get "Back-Talkin'"?

I've been hearing that the quest system is going but before it goes, I would really like to know how to get this achievement. Also the "Back-Talkin' with a twist of lime.

Has anyone ever got this?

It took me a while to figure it out, but trust me there are clues out there. You just need to find them. I would like to thank *redacted* again if he's reading this for helping me get this quest. :)
