Rock Band 4 Guitar Issue

Hi all,

Today I picked up the rock band 4 band in a box edition bundle. I was able to sync the controllers to the system; these being the guitar and the drums but when I turn one of them on I am unable to move around the dashboard with them. Also keep in mind that I updated to the new dashboard one experience. The weird thing is that if I use the guitar as a guest account it works perfectly fine. Anyone else have this issue ?

Have you updated its firmware?

@fatcat222: I am not sure how to update its firmware since I can't use the guitar for navigation. I also tried to see if it was in the devices and accessories screen, but I only saw my controller

Looks like the issue has to do with the 'New Xbox One Experience' , saw similar complaints of others who had been pushed the new update.
