Favorite Shin Megami Game?

What's you guys' favorite Shin Megami game? I personally love Devil Survivor for the DS.

Persona 2:IS

Persona 4.

Persona 3. 
   
Kinda wish I had a PS2 when all those other ones came out though. 
 
The only one I've played during that time is Demi Kids (Yes, it's an SMT game). 
 
The most recent one I finished was Devil Survivor. The game has problems (Like how I composed my party the way I wanted then it forces me to use certain characters in a certain main plot, had to go back and grind forever!). But I found it pretty good. I like the more urgent nature of character interactions compared to P3 (and even more so than P4).

Anything Persona is incorrect, as those aren't actually in the Shin Megami Tensei series.

Nocturne!

Of course, since the other main line SMT games were never released in the West and I haven't played Strange Journey yet, that's a bit of a cop-out.

Note: I consider the Persona, Digital Devil Saga, Raidou games "non-canon", so to speak. The SMT label was only put on those games in the West.

Persona 3 , Noctune , devil summoner

Best gameplay goes to Devil Survivor. Best story goes to P4.

I recommend this thread be moved to the Megami Tensei forum, since that's what it's about...

Hate to be unoriginal here, but P4 is my favorite. I'll give a shout out to Raidou 2, though,- because I know that game doesn't get the love it deserves!

Persona 3: FES.

Persona 3, cuz it's the only one I've played so far. I'll remedy that in the very near future, though.

Persona 3 or 4

Either Persona 3 or 4, but they're so damn similar that I can't decide.

Persona 4, although 3 holds a special place in my heart.

Why hasn't Video_Game_King shown up yet to set the Devil Survivor fans straight?

Persona 3 FES, but it's not really an SMT game.

Persona 4 takes the top spot, really appreciated the little social life gameplay changes between 3 and 4. Devil Survivor is a close second.

Nocturne. That game was BALLIN.

Nocturne's my favorite hands down, but honorable mentions are due for P4 and DDS.
