So what did you do today instead of playing SimCity?

I had a couple hours free this evening and was really looking forward to playing some more SimCity. I actually managed to play it about 4 hours yesterday without any problems, so while I'd heard of server problems I really didn't witness them. Today on the other hand it just seems everything is broken so obviously it was on to plan B.

For me it was Tomb Raider. Still real early in the game but I'm enjoying it so far.

So what was everyone else's plan B?

I went to school like a grown ass man. I ate McDonalds like a grown ass man. I played Diablo 3 like a boss. Now I'm going to figure out what I need to teach tomorrow, like a fucking champ. Also, I'm about to take my dogs outside to poop because they need to poop and I'm a responsible grown ass man.

I didn't play videogames instead.

I finally watched That Mitchell and Webb Look.

I had the day off because of snow, and couldn't play anyway because server issues. So I watched some more of the last season of Lost and did homework.

Played some SimCity

But mostly Mass Effect 3

I reinstalled SimCity 4. That game is still great.

Counter Strike GO

I played Heroes & Generals, a free to play WW2 shooter. I also played a little BioShock 2 tonight. Good times all around.

Played through a few combat simulations in Mass Effect 3's Citadel DLC. Miranda continues to be one of the most useful squad mates you can have.

Played more Ni No Kuni

Played some Cave Story+.

I played SimCity. I've hit a grand total of one queue and one rollback since launch.

Surprised how many people picked up Tombraider AND Sim City. I don't think I have ever bought two new games that launch on the same day. But in this case it actually makes some sense.

I played Tomb Raider cause that game's awesome.

Played Tomb Raider. It's really good. Having a lot more fun than I thought I would. Even though many are comparing this to the Uncharted games, in my opinion, this is better. Less 3rd person shooter, and more adventure.

PS. Hope it's okay I don't even plan on play Sam City. Nothing against it... just not into it.

Going through Dragon Age Origins... what? I never got the time to play it when it came out!
And this week is a mini-vacation, so I had time to play SimCity... hopefully the servers are working tomorrow.

Just bought Tropicana Tropico 4 so I think I'll play that instead. Or Solitaire.

The name "SimCity" awoke a city building longing in me and I bought the latest Cities XL.

Was only $4-something for me on Steam because I owned an earlier one.

I played some more of the Arma 3 Alpha. Pretty good so far as it runs a hell of a lot better then the past games did and looks better too (maxed settings with a 560Ti. Did actually get to play a little bit of SimCity around 10pm-ish and somehow everything is still there. Will be playing some original Call of Duty tonight when the game is still not working, so at least I have things planned out.
