The Steam Autumn/Spring Sale is now underway! Hasn't crashed for me yet, but not all the sale prices are listed correctly or showing. Edit: They are up and going now.

So check out those deals!

You mean the "Steam Black Friday Sale", right? Because that's sort of what it is.

Technically the Autumn Sale, but either or I suppose.

Holy shit! And here I just bought something like a few min ago. Mother fucker. And of course it's now on sale. It's only like $2 less, but still. My gods damn luck.

Im just gonna leave this sale and buy the stuff I wanted during the Christmas sale next month, save my money at the moment for presents.

They're calling it Autumn Sale, not like it matters.

So long as AC 4 isn't sold below $45 then I'll be happy because that's how much I just payed for it through greenmangaming

Also I win.

Rogue Legacy and potentially Prison Architect incoming!

Really dig what they did with the background flip, out of curiosity anyone know if it flips the page if they're from the southern hemisphere (So Spring is at the top instead of Autumn)?

Also for me when I click the upside-down "Wishlist" button at the bottom left it seems like it takes me to a random person's wishlist, which is a bit odd.

Friendly reminder to not buy stuff you will not play immediately. It will be on sale during christmas and you will regret buying it now. Yes this post was also meant for myself.

#14 Posted by kdm (9 posts) -

Ha, yeah I was just about to post about the SPRING reflection.

#15 Posted by ESREVER (2645 posts) -

@oldenglishc: I bought it when it first came out. Was thinking about digging into it this week.

I'm interested in Hammerwatch for $3.39. The demo for that was pretty fun with friends. Kinda interested in Space Hulk too.

So uh... everyone scrolled down to the bottom of the page?

@l1ghtn1n Oh right! Hemispheres! Browsing the store upside down is humorous though.

Public service announcement:

BUY ANTICHAMBER!

I think I am good.

#19 Posted by ILikePopCans (745 posts) -

IF/when Gone Home goes on sale I will probably pick that up.

#20 Edited by oldenglishC (921 posts) -

@esrever: It's a really good game. I'm shocked about the total lack of attention it's gotten.

#21 Posted by Colourful_Hippie (4328 posts) -

@ilikepopcans: You can get it for $10 now unless you're waiting for a daily deal

Well, looks like steam is getting slammed harder than a skinny white kid in prison. Better launch a game while I can.

It would be fine if I was the architect of the prison that that skinny white kid was in.

One of the many great deals you'll find on Steam this week!

so should i spring for Outlast?

will i ever play it cause i'm a goddamn pussy??

#26 Posted by ripelivejam (3453 posts) -

i also think at $20 for legendary edition the skyrim DLC is still a bit steep.

I'm sure in a month when the Crimbo sales happen everything will be that bit cheaper right?...right?!

(please say yes, I don't want to spend money at the moment, make me feel better about that.)

#33 Posted by Happenstance (459 posts) -

@razielcuts: According to the leaked email from a week or so ago the prices should be the same for both sales.

Glad someone picked up on that. Thought I would throw out a soft ball.

I just checked my wishlist, and a lot of it's on sale, but not daily/flash deals. I guess I'll play the game of checking every 8 hours for better deals before pulling the trigger. I did get Hammerwatch though.

Don't worry, it's not very scary.

Batman: Arkham Origins is supposed to be $19.99 on Amazon tomorrow, wonder if Steam will match that.

I'd assume it wouldn't really matter. Unless if you have money sitting in your Steam Wallet, I guess. Most games Amazon sells that aren't Origin-exclusive will just give you a Steam code.

#42 Posted by Coafi (1481 posts) -

You guys, Secret of the Magic Crystals is only $.99! The hottest deal of today!

I'm totally gonna pick up a few and gift them to some friends.

#43 Posted by Kidavenger (3483 posts) -

@jjweatherman: Amazon is a little more difficult to deal with if you aren't from the US, not a big issue but I tend to deal with Steam when I can.

So there is no reason to wait for the winter sale if I find something here that's at a ~75% discount already right? I always forget if the winter sales provide even better deals even though they are only a month apart.

Everybody already bought everything on Steam? Surprised this feed doesn't have more activity. I just built a PC a couple weeks ago and have been looking forward to the Steam sale. Picking up Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs, and Antichamber!

I'm still waiting for Saints Row IV to drop below $30. I've sort of already bought everything else.

This sale ends one day before I have money. So I guess I'm waiting for the Christmas sale.
