Was wondering why they opened their first trailer with a quote from Malory, but now I'm seeing that some of the characters are named Galahad, Percival, Malory, and Igraine...

Are these code names, or should we expect the leader of the Order to be named Arthur, and for the game to be about stopping Mordred's werewolf army? Suddenly high odds on their special water being from the Holy Grail?

You should read the story section on the game's page.

Duder, their story has something to do with the Knights of the Round Table.

They ARE the Knights of the Round Table

There are so many knights to choose from, I can't believe they named someone Mallory.

Not exactly. OP's supposition that they were code-names is more accurate.

@veektarius: Mallory is the realest motherfucker on the block. You have to be if you're named Mallory.

Yet again, Sir Not-Appearing-In-This-Film gets shafted.

He ran away. Probably not going to show up.
