A little while ago a dedicated Wind Jammers arcade machine showed up on Game Center CX when they were in Paris showing off stores/arcades. I saw the episode just shortly after its popularity peaked amongst Giant Bombers and admittedly got pretty excited. Their description of it was pretty funny, too (though not intentional).

When I was a child, I would often go my mothers work and hang out in the break room. They had a 4 card snk cabinet that had Windjammers on it. I tried to call several years later to try to purchase it, but it was long gone. So some of my youth was actually spent playing that game a lot.

I swear there was a sandwich shop in Hetton-le-Hole that used to have a ChaseHQ cabinet. It was never plugged in. :(

@gaspower:

It's most likely a pirate cart. The motherboard is proper Neo-Geo hardware, but the software is a multi-cart.

Hmm...maybe I should fly up to Scotland...

Also, I totally can't believe that an HMV has this kinda thing in it, still!

Is there any discernible order to the way those games are listed? Release date maybe? If not and there's a time limit to pick, that's insane.

@damodar: You pick the game before you put the money in so it's all good, they have all the metal slug's and most of the KOF's
