Franky

Franky was raised by the great carpenter Tom, together with the mayor of Water 7, Iceburg. Franky as a kid, built many warships that were meant to kill Sea Kings. The World Government used CP5 to destroy one of the Government ships to frame Tom of destroying it. Franky's warships were used to destroy the ship and to blame the three of the crime. After the court decision, Tom decided to get all of the blame, and to leave Franky and Iceburg out of trouble. While Tom was being transported to Enies Lobby, Franky tried to destroy the Sea Train and he got squashed by it. However, he managed to survive by replacing parts of his body with robotic implants. Since then, he became one of the few cyborgs of the One Piece world.
